This technical note describes the main initiatives of the CEEE Group Recovery Program, the initial results achieved so far, and lessons learned. These initiatives focus on the following areas: (i) reduction of loss levels in the electricity distribution system; (ii) improvement of quality and operations indicators; and (iii) introduction of social inclusion and citizenship programs in highly complex areas.
