Losses and quality of service

The region has introduced specific regulations to reduce losses, power outages, and system failures in general. It has also implemented various programs to regularize the connection of the most disadvantaged households. It is important to understand each country’s situation in this regard to implement improvements, which are still very necessary. 

This section includes data on electrical losses, both technical and non-technical. You will also find data on power outages, both in terms of duration (SAIDI) and frequency (SAIFI).
